Early version Mercedes Benz 280SL 

We have a 1968 early version Matching numbers Mercedes Benz 280SL Pagode in reasonable condition. It has a solid original body and is one of the few which left the factory in color black. This 2980SL has a red leather interior and 2 tops. This Pagoda comes with a lot of options and also has an Automatic transmission.

It is part of the legendary Mercedes Benz W113 series which were produced between 1963 and 1971. Nicked "Pagoda" because of the curved coupé shaped roof that is reminiscent of the Far Eastern temple roofs. 

This cabriolet comes with a black Hardtop and white Soft-top. The exterior contains Tinted glass, European bumpers, European headlights, Red taillights, Fuelcap chrome and Hardtop roof moldings.

It has a red interior that comes with a center console, Blaupunkt radio and sunvisors. This 280SL has an Automatic transmission with disc brakes, power brakes and power steering. All in all this is a nice 2-seater that needs work as we just awoke the car after years not running. The engine runs, but technically the brakes need some work.
