This is an Matching numbers Mercedes Benz 250SL Pagoda in automatic version with hardtop and soft-top and an nice car to restore. The 250SL Pagoda was the lowest produced Pagoda, only 5.000 examples were built. This 250SL has still the factory front fenders with the spot welds. The body is quite reasonable and needs welding underneath on both sides of the floors but has an original basic and is solid, the trunk floor shows the usual surface rust but is still useful at the end. This 250SL has the correct engine from the factory, so it is matching number and also front bonnet, softtop lid and hardtop shows the correct body number. It left the factory in the current dark green 291H with a beige leather interior, the interior needs to be replaced, paint is reasonable but expect that the person who will restore the car will do an new paint job, chrome parts are nice with correct fitting. All together an nice car to restore and harder and harder to find in similar condition!
